My practice draws inspiration from contemporary and historical embroidery, fine art, socio-political movements, medieval emblem books and ancient tales of the Fates as weavers of our stories.  
The slow mindful stitching and use of biodegradable and non-virgin materials invites you to pause and contemplate the messages, start a conversation, or think about how using your hands can help you rediscover your power and your voice.
